Curlee Jr., PMP, a retired U.S. Army Engineer Officer and construction program leader with more than 20 years of experience delivering complex federal construction and infrastructure projects. Throughout his career, Mr. Curlee has led multidisciplinary teams and managed construction programs valued at more than $100 million, supporting agencies such as the Department of Defense, U.S. Coast Guard, and National Park Service. His leadership experience spans both military and private-sector construction environments, providing a deep understanding of the planning, coordination, and discipline required to successfully execute federal projects.
